1. Voucher Validity: This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please check the expiry date and book your experience before the voucher expires.
2. Reservation Required: Advance booking is essential to redeem this voucher. Please mention the voucher at the time of booking. Reservations are subject to availability.
3. Non-Refundable: This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
4. Wine Flight: The wine flight option is available for an additional fee and must be requested at the time of booking. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when booking.
5. Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your voucher.
6. Voucher Redemption: Please present this voucher upon arrival at the restaurant. Photocopies or digital copies will not be accepted.
7. Alterations: The Tasting Menu is subject to change based on ingredient availability and the chef's discretion. We reserve the right to make substitutions as necessary.
8. Age Requirement: Guests must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol. Valid ID may be required.
9. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers, and such vouchers will not be replaced.
